Jason Mitchell ,
Ph.D. [vita]
Jason
employs functional neuroimaging (fMRI) and behavioral methods to
study how perceivers infer the thoughts, feelings, and opinions of others (i.e., how we mentalize). He received his B.A. and M.S. degrees
from Yale University in 1997 and his Ph.D from Harvard University in 2003.
He is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at Harvard University, where he teaches Introduction to Psychology.

Anna Jenkins [email]
Anna investigates the relation between mentalizing about other people and self-referential processing,
especially when perceivers infer the mental states of similar others. She has a B.A. in
Psychology and Political Theory from Dartmouth College.
Lindsey Powell [email]
Lindsey is studying the link between memory and social cognition, especially how perceivers may use
their own memories to infer the experience of others. She has an A.B. in Psychology from Harvard University.
