Intellectual Graffiti?

The following graffiti appeared about two blocks from where I live. Only in Cambridge, MA, would you find Noam Chomsky on a lamp post (okay, it's Somerville, but close enough). I presume it was motivated by political rather than linguistic reasons, but it's still the only instance of cognitive science graffiti I've come across.
