The purpose of this study is to observe how the speech of children is influenced by their age. If you are a parent of a child (or children) between the ages of one and eight, you are welcome and encouraged to participate in our study.
This study involves reading a series of short transcripts between parents and children. After reading each transcript, you will be asked to predict the age of the child in each transcript. More detailed instructions will follow on the next page.
Consent details: There are no known risks associated with this study, and you are welcome to withdraw at any time without consequence. All information in this study will be kept confidential, except as may be required by law. If any publication results from this research, you will not be identified by name.
