Viruses continue to threaten our systems and electronic data. These viruses can attach to both active and non-active programs, they can modify their appearance, and they can also work in a "stealth" state that fools both the user and the computer. Your only defense is to have scanning software active on your computer. Harvard currently supports two packages: Virex for MacIntosh and McAfee for PC.
