network connections

To establish a network connection, you need to submit the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Harvard ID Number
  • Phone Number
  • Building/Room Number
  • System Type/Model
  • Ethernet Card Model
  • Ethernet Address
  • Datajack Number
If you have any difficulty finding the ethernet addresses, click on the appropriate category for your platform on the left.

The datajack number is the handwritten number on the faceplate of the phone and datajacks.

If you have all of the necessary information, click on request a connection and submit the following form.
