Biographical Note

Sonya Keller has a background in business process analysis and quality assurance. She came to Harvard University from The Fisher Group in Beverly, MA where she worked as a consultant in support of the firm’s efforts to rapidly assess and recommend changes to increase sales, marketing and service effectiveness for clients. At The Fisher Group, she was involved in the development and implementation of customer research projects that helped insure that changes in organization, processes and go-to-market strategies were based on a thorough understanding of what the client’s end customers truly needed and valued.

Prior to The Fisher Group, Sonya spent five years as a Program Coordinator in Clinical Quality Improvement at Tufts Health Plan (THP). At THP, Sonya worked with network physicians, hospitals, and ancillary providers on quality improvement and quality assurance activities focused on patient care, regulatory compliance, and adherence to contract stipulations. She was also responsible for business analysis projects such as an analysis of the relationship between membership grievance rates and compliance with the patients’ bill of rights.

Sonya attended school at North Central University in Minneapolis, MN with a concentration in Cross Cultural Studies. She has a voracious appetite for literature, paints and draws when inspired, and loves to perform as a singer or actor when she can. Previously, she was a member of two different Boston theatre companies, including Litterbox Productions out of Jamaica Plain, MA. She lives in Jamaica Plain with her partner, two crazy, rescued Chihuahuas and a diabetic orange cat with half a tail who was rescued from the streets of Minneapolis.
