	Faaiza Rashid Graduate Student in Organizational Behavior / Sociology Biographical Note Faaiza Rashid is a doctoral student in Organizational Behavior and Sociology at Harvard University. She holds a Masters in Technology and Policy from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and BSc. in Chemical Engineering and BA. in International Relations from Lehigh University. Faaiza has also been a fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, Washington DC. She loves to travel, cook, paint, write children’s stories, and do calligraphy. Research Interests Sociology of disasters, self-organizing teams, social integration and stratification, cross functional integration in organizations and groups, organizational learning and innovation.
