Biographical Note
Kim Pernell is a third-year Ph.D. candidate in Sociology. A native of Houston, Texas, she received her B.A. in Sociology from Beloit College. Her current research interests include: organizational innovation adoption, workplace inequality, organizations and financial crises, corporate regulation, and the impact of organizational policy for diversity outcomes.
