Ryann Manning

Biographical Note

Ryann is originally from New Hampshire and received her A.B. summa cum laude from Princeton University in 2001, and an MPP degree from the Harvard Kennedy School in 2005. She has experience as both a researcher and manager in international development and global health, and has lived in Sierra Leone, South Africa, Mexico, Uruguay, and El Salvador. Since 2001, Ryann has worked for a range of organizations including the World Bank, Council on Foreign Relations, and Concern Worldwide's Innovations for Maternal Newborn and Child Health initiative. She is also a founding member and Director of the Welbodi Partnership, an organization that supports pediatric healthcare in Sierra Leone. Ryann is interested in questions of organizational effectiveness, change, and innovation in the international development sector and in public institutions.
