Biographical Note

Theodore Leenman is originally from West Haven, Vermont. He received his B.A. in sociology from Cornell University, where he also completed minors in Spanish, International Relations, and Inequality Studies. His senior thesis analyzed the effects of congruence between parent-child and teacher-student authority relations on classroom participation and test scores. His research interests include quantitative methods, inequality, sociology of education, sociology of organizations, and political sociology.
