Christy Ley KidnerGraduate Student in SociologyBiographical NoteChristy Ley Kidner is a PhD student in Sociology and a Doctoral Fellow in the Interdisciplinary Program in Inequality and Social Policy at the Kennedy School of Government. Her research focuses on the cultural dynamics and mechanisms of inequalities in organizations and work. Her current research projects, in particular, examine the relationship among presentation of self, occupational choices, and career experiences. Prior to entering the PhD program, Kidner worked as a legal analyst for a global asset management firm. She holds an AB in Sociology (magna cum laude) from Cornell University. 01/19/2012
