Biographical Note
Carl Gershenson lived outside of Philadelphia until leaving for college at the University of Chicago. While there, Carl worked for NORC before leaving for graduate school. At Chicago, Carl also minored in Russian studies, and spent a summer studying at Saint Petersburg State University.
