Biographical Note

In 2006, Caitlin received a Fulbright grant to research how indigenous school parents from rural Bolivia support their children's education in urban contexts. This research stems from an interest in how low income families with low levels of educational attainment try to help their children access better life chances through schooling.

Caitlin was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Favorite pastimes include cooking, baking, dancing, and walking around cities.
