Biographical Note

From 1991 to 1996 I worked in Milliman & Robertson, a consulting actuarial company. I was involved in their defined benefit pension plan team. Then I went back to school. I obtained an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. I started my banking career with Bank of America in their telecommunications division where I was involved in their senior bank debt group. Since 2000 I have been director of Wingren, a student center providing suplementary programs in character education, leadership, and professional excellence. In 2004 I moved to Cambridge where I have been director of Elmbrook Student Center. At the end of the summer of 2006 I passed the generals and I am now working towards my Qualified Paper on meaning at work. I am doing doing research with Prof. Joshua Margolis on issues connected with ethics and speaking up in organizations and with Prof. Winship on stereotyping.
