Biographical Note

From 1991 to 1996 I worked in Milliman & Robertson, a consulting actuarial company. I was involved in their defined benefit pension plan team. Then I went back to school. I obtained an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. I started my banking career with Bank of America in their telecommunications division where I was involved in their senior bank debt group. In 2000 I became director of Wingren, a student center providing suplementary programs in character education, leadership, and professional excellence. In 2004 I moved to Cambridge where I have been director of Elmbrook Student Center. In 2005 I started the PhD in organizational behavior. I am currently working on my prospectus and on research with Prof. Margolis on issues connected with ethics and speaking up in organizations, with Prof. Winship on stereotyping, and with Prof Marquis on banking entrepreneurship.
