Step Two: Committee and Application
Changing your committee
Any changes in your committee must be approved by the Department. To request a change, you must complete a new Thesis Proposal Application, with full information on all committee members, the signature(s) of your supervisor(s), and a copy of the most recent version of your prospectus, signed by your new supervisor(s).
