Beware Spam Filtering in Non-FAS accounts you use! Concentrators are advised that important emails sent from the Undergraduate Office may have ended up in your spam folders due to spam filtering changes at FAS. Check your FAS and any forwarded client (gmail, yahoo, etc) spam folder regularly. To help prevent this, add the program and relevant staff emails to your gmail contacts or equivalent list in other programs: psychology at wjh dot harvard dot edu, lchivers at wjh dot harvard dot edu, yetman at wjh dot harvard dot edu, and jnannas at wjh dot harvard dot edu.
